The group was created by Sara and Peter Brassington back in 2014, after years of working closely with established professional services firms across the UK and internationally. Again and again, the same challenge came up: how to grow and scale without losing independence, control, or the culture that had defined the firm over decades.
These were not early-stage ambitions. They were conversations with respected firms thinking seriously about succession, operational complexity, and what long-term growth should look like.
We realised what was missing wasn’t ambition, it was structure. ETL GLOBAL UK was built to provide that structure: a partnership-led model that supports growth and capability, while allowing firms to retain their leadership, identity, and independence.
