Peter’s expertise spans professional practice leadership, succession planning, and the development of scalable group structures across multi-firm environments.

He has significant experience supporting firms through ownership transition, growth, and integration, particularly where succession pressures are shaping strategic decision-making across the profession. His work focuses on helping firms unlock value, strengthen leadership continuity, and build capability for long-term stability within a group model.

He also brings strong experience in relationship-led development, ensuring that collaboration between firms translates into practical commercial outcomes and sustained performance improvement.

Outlook & Ambition + -

Peter takes a pragmatic, long-term view of the profession, shaped by the increasing pressure many firms face around succession and leadership transition. He recognises that traditional succession models are becoming more challenging, with many firms requiring alternative structures to support continuity, investment, and future growth.

Within ETL Global UK, he is focused on helping build a platform that responds to these structural challenges, enabling independent firms to scale, professionalise, and plan effectively for the next generation of ownership and leadership.

He is particularly focused on strengthening collaboration across the group, ensuring that shared infrastructure and expertise deliver tangible support for firms navigating change.

His ambition is to help develop a resilient, future-ready UK platform that addresses the realities of succession in the profession, while preserving the independence, identity, and entrepreneurial strengths of partner firms.
