Emma Martin

Emma is Head of Marketing for ETL GLOBAL UK, where she leads the group’s centralised marketing function supporting member firms across accounting, legal and advisory services.

She established ETL Marketing and built it from inception into a dedicated in-house function within the group’s UK platform. The function has expanded significantly into a specialist in-house capability, broadening its service offering and client portfolio across the group. It now delivers data and research analysis, strategy, SEO leveraging advanced AI, copywriting, graphic design, multimedia production and web design and development, across ETL GLOBAL UK.

She is also a member of the international ETL GLOBAL Marketing Committee, contributing to group-wide marketing strategy and alignment across jurisdictions.

Emma specialises in building and scaling centralised marketing functions within multi-firm professional services environments.

 

Her expertise spans digital strategy, brand development, performance marketing, creative direction, and data-led campaign execution. She has extensive experience developing structured marketing systems that support consistent group-wide positioning while allowing individual firms to retain their own identity and market presence.

 

Alongside her strategic leadership experience, Emma remains highly hands-on in creative delivery, with a professional background in both web and graphic design.

Her passion for design continues to influence her approach today, and she remains actively involved in brand development and creative direction across ETL Marketing, drawing on more than two decades of experience in digital and visual communications.

 

Emma has also led and supported the delivery of multiple UK-wide conferences and events, and was invited to speak and moderate at a global group conference, supporting collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the wider group.

Emma is focused on continuing to grow ETL Marketing as a high-performing, scalable function that supports both UK and international member firms across the ETL GLOBAL group.

 

Her priority is to further expand the function’s reach and capability, ensuring even more firms benefit from centralised expertise, strategic insight, and executional support. She leads a high-performing multidisciplinary team that combines strategic thinking with strong creative, digital, and technical capability.

 

Emma is committed to strengthening the role of marketing across the group, deepening international collaboration, and evolving the function in ways that directly support long-term growth, integration, and commercial performance.

Emma began her early career with a strong focus on fashion illustration and design, leading to her selection as a finalist with a catwalk collection at Shanghai Fashion Week in 2003, before progressing  into a career in digital and brand design.
